Our athletes are identified and selected through a methodological and systematic process that evaluates their sporting potential, sporting achievements, image, values in sport, and a strong spirit and conviction to contribute and give back to Ecuador and its community all the opportunities they received to develop their sporting career.
Depending on their circumstances, decision, and interest, these athletes receive support to continue their sports career, reintegrate into society through entrepreneurship support, and resume or continue their studies through national and international scholarships.
